Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. Shesterkin is gutting thru this one. He’s not as sharp as normal but he’s battling. Love that about him
I’m fine with these games as viewed individually, especially in the context of our record.
What is so concerning is the consistent lack of effort from Zib, the overall strength of our center group and the lack of substantial or tangible progress from any of our kids. You wanna be satisfied with how Kakko looks, but it’s year 3 with no production and also not substantial minutes. It’s tough not to be concerned with those things as we reach the 10 game mark.
Defensively we look mostly okay. Shesty is the real, real deal. PK is solid. Team mentality is better. Fourth line is actually quality. At some point the young forwards doing nothing becomes a genuine problem. And if this is what Mika is going to give us going forward, it’s pretty disgraceful.

I'm not going to start worrying until the trade deadline this season. If Lafreniere and Kakko come out slow out of the gate after a two week Olympic break, then I think Drury and Co need to have some honest and hard discussions about how to proceed over the summer. But now? Not worried one bit.

new coach, staff, players, system... season just started.. it's just too soon for any serious evaluations at this point... especially extreme hatred...

Yeah, the dude is getting strafed nightly even worse than Hank. He's faced like 150 more shots at this point in his NHL career than Hank when he was at this same point.
hit on fox at line was exact same one lindgren got called for on pettersson...shouldn't be a call, but if it is one way...
