Hank is easily the best Rangers goaltender I've ever seen, but he has never been this bad this often. Tough to see him getting back to form.

Also, there isn't a single very good 1st-liner on the roster. Maybe Buch someday, but that's a flip of the coin, and that's being generous. Kreider is a 1st-liner, but a very good one he ain't, despite the proclamations of the advanced stats crowd.

Seems like most teams in the NHL have at least a couple of kids already starring or on the cusp. No Rangers fit that bio.

Three years from now, our only dmen who might be worth something are Shattenkirk and Skjel. Kind of like today.

This doesn't mean they should tank, like some say, because that strategy is more than likely to make the situation even worse.
Please explain how having a top 5 pick in a solid draft is worse than picking at 15? Also if they are sellers they might be able to pry more ‘18 picks.

McDonagh has no value? Gotcha.

Remember when we all complained about the PP not scoring then gave up a short handed goal from Richards...

I have a feeling thats about to happen with shattenkirk

is Rangers the only team in the NHL incapable of playing a passing game on the PP in the offensive zone?

The Rangers remind me so much of Robitaille in 1996. Totally snakebitten, but at the same time it doesn’t feel like they deserve better.

This is not just a ‘this team hasn’t figured it out’ or ‘needs time to gel’… guys they are a really f***ing bad team.
