Wow Geekie's production has fallen off, he's scoring at the same rate as Cernak, Perbix and Lilliberg.

Somebody else brought it up in another thread: He’s now playing 4-5 games per week at the highest level possible compared to 2 games per week against mostly inferior players before coming up to the NHL. It’s gotta be a mix of fatigue and an accumulation of bruises that add up by now.

The kid needs to work on stamina and hit the irons in the offseason to add a couple pounds in muscle weight. Also I don’t know how many times per game you can crash awkwardly into the walls without getting seriously hurt eventually. If he figures all that out his future could be bright though.

All good reasons why he shouldn't be in the top 6 come playoff time.

Geekie is due for a point or two. Also feeling like someone gets their first goal tonight, maybe Girgensons. I could see this being one sided in TBs favor with the extra day rest.
