I’m not freaking out after 1 game, but it’s clear to me that The Rangers came to fight, and the Caps came to win a hockey game.

Also good to see we sat our best prospect and pissed off our best offensive prospect so we could play Dryden Hunt and Jarred Tinordi.

The worst part about it is that the Rangers didn’t even come to fight aside from the first 5 minutes where we were physical. This game is the exact embodiment of last season.

I always got scared when I watched/read about Rasmus Ristolainen. But at least Risto was really mean and physical, which made him keep his value with the Hockey Men

I didn’t say they were successful. They were making a lot of hits in the first half of the game and then shrunk when the Capitals punched back with their skill.
