I thought 5 minutes for blood.4 minutes (double minor) is for when blood is drawn.
5 minute (Major) is for intentional or intent to injure.
Intentional is a game misconduct.

2 minutes for generic, normal high stick. 4 if it draws blood.
I maybe shouldn't have used the term "intentional" but honestly there aren't many 5 minute majors for High Sticking.
