Xenforo Cloud will be upgrading us to version 2.3.5 on March 3rd at 12 AM GMT. This version has increased stability and fixes several bugs. We expect downtime for the duration of the update. It's just so dopey. Teams will coach the excitement out of pretty much anything. And strategically, it makes sense to just continue to control the puck. But it's so dumb that this is what it's evolved into.
I still think he can be that "top minute guy", but yeah...if he's going to be that for your team, you also need to find a second sort of #1b guy who is just the polar opposite sort of skillset. Towering, physical, lockdown defence guy.
Like Ehrhoff wasn't a guy you win a Cup with as your #1D...but that team when healthy, had a strong enough blueline to win with him as one of a collection of #1b/2D sort of guys with differentiated skillsets.
Why would you give the guy that failed on 3 breakaways this game another shot?
