I really liked Zucc's game in the playoffs. He was creating all over the place, and with a little puck luck would have had more goals. Excited to see his creativity on the PP for a full season in NY.

0.5 ppg that should come cheaply, get it done slats. I like the creativity he adds but he has a tendency to get dominated against bigger teams like Boston in the playoffs.

A tendency.. Sounds like the guy has a sample size of a full career when in fact he has played a total of 2 playoff series (plus 1 playoff game prior to injury last year). One in which Torts decided to put him on a non-scoring line after one game.

The guy will get better. He has shown us time after time that he will impress us, and he does not even have a full season behind him. Previous NHL-players of short stature have generally been late bloomers.

As for those worried about his scoring, I believe he will score. He has scored plenty in every league he was in prior to the NHL and on national level. In the KHL he was still troubled by his hand, so that affected his shot quite a bit.

I really think we are in for a treat guys.

I don't see him scoring more than 10 because of the fact that he seems to always be on the outside and his shots are rarely great ones in the offensive zone.

Ive liked his game since right before he broke his wrist last year. This year he took it to the next level. Plus hes got bigger stones than more than half the team, and hes half the size. Whats not to like about this guy.

He is a good passer that's it. But I would like to see what he could do with AV.

Yeah he is primarily a play maker and a great passer, but did no one see his ridiculous release on his shot? It is one of the quickest releases I have seen in awhile.

I'm still skeptical of his ability to maintain a high level of play over an 82-game season and into the playoffs, but he definitely earned the opportunity to prove it.

I thought it showed something that he played an entire KHL season plus part of their playoffs, and then came here and played for a month plus 2 rounds.

I'm excited to see what he does for the team the next few years. Especially if the playing style moves away from dump the puck and then suck at retrieving it, and if Sather gets personnel who can anticipate and handle more offensive creativity.

It's not just that Zuke can pass well. He also thinks creatively and sees the ice well. So he can anticipate a good scoring opportunity AND then also thread that pass. It's just a matter of whether who he plays with can do something with that pass.

I like Zuccs, Think he's a gamer similar mold to Callahan in how he gets after the game.

That's been a big difference between his two stints here. He's a lot more assertive regardless of his size and he doesn't back down, again regardless of his size.

solid and talented 3rd liner.

Zucc may not have size but he plays with an edge and with heart. I wish his teammates all had his qualities. Definitely fits as a top six guy for us IMO.
