...it wasn't called because the officiating in that game was f**kin' atrocious...as quite a few officiating crews have been lately...

That's a suspension. There's no way you can hit a guy that late and catch pretty much all head and not get suspended. He had all the time in the world to adjust and yet he did what he did. Makes it look intentional.
