Moser is better at all things hockey except offense than Harley. And he's signed for a great price. Moser is elite defensive defenseman this year. All his defensive analytics are literally top 1%.

Sounds like it’s location based, which again when it’s just for 2 years (maybe less if he tells them he’s not extending) it’s a little rich for me. I would feel different if it was him signing up for another 7-8 years somewhere.
