It was a common thing I noticed at one point. Mostly from men in service trucks up in Jersey.

It’s been a while since I’ve seen a really dirty dashboard like these guys had.

Pencils, rulers, cigarettes, random business cards, receipts...and earplugs, ventilation masks hanging from the rearview mirror.

I worked on those trucks quite a bit. Whenever they were shorthanded and needed a laborer they called me. As well as working for my father who was a plumber.
