  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

They've been complete, utter ass since Jan 1st. From top to bottom, even before the injuries. It's not a hot take to want somebody fired tonight. Inexcusable.
Who gets fired ?

Hughes, Seigs and Hamilton are out for the season, Markstrom returning from injury. No one is coming to save us.

Looks like the Loch Ness Markster went 50% in the shootout.

Sounds like an accomplishment for the wall of Gaylord!

People blaming those guys, when Pesce had 2-3 seconds to make a clearing play, and skated with it hit a leg with the pass up the side board.

Shit falls on the veteran Pesce. If we can call out kovocevic for stupid plays, that was a real dumb one by Pesce.

He should have whipped it out.

P.k. Subban was trying to cover for him but it was a shit decision.

If they miss the playoffs this core is toast, I don't think fans really want that, some angry fans say they are ready to gut everyone, but I don't think people understand how much that will set this franchise back again

Team has to make playoffs this season and get the reps in, see if they can crawl out of the 1st round and beyond, and then retool in the offseason
The core isn't toast if they miss. This team's bottom-6 and depth is toast. The fact we make the playoffs or not this year doesn't change my mind at all about the core.

If they miss the playoffs the GM should be toast.

Along with some of his f*** boys that are signed beyond this year for too much.

The fact they got one point out of this game and the Calgary one is an abomination.

Should have been at least 3, if not 4 points.

We’re missing Siegenthaler so badly. Luke was creamed again. 8 high danger chances against to 0 for. Goddamn Cholowski in for Dougie. Makes it really tough to win ugly without Jack when the D is also decimated.

Two more years of Brendan Smith at $4 million will be some painful kidney stones to pass.

Wait, did I just say Brendan Smith?

Hopefully just one more year then dumped with Silayev taking the spot. The moron in charge LOVES his vet signings where the moment it’s signed you can just tell they’re going to have to be dumped.

This team played with a lot of heart tonight. We’ve showed a lot of heart more often than not this year, especially since Jack and Hamilton both went down and we’ve had to learn to win without them and despite a roster that was thin in spots to begin with.

Keep it up to the finish and this season is a success in my eyes no matter what. We are playing essentially playoff hockey right now, meaningful games going down the stretch. We’ve got a 7 point lead with 10 games to play. I’m not down on this team at all.

Sure but the team was shit for a while even with those guys as well. The struggles are not injury related.

All these goals from Haula, 3 goals a game, broken down goalie can’t even keep it under 2 in the 3rd period in any of these games.

Team's been cooked with injuries but doesn't help in the slightest that they have no legitimate call ups anymore from Utica with Nemec and/or Casey graduating soon or them possibly f***ing off in the offseason
