Jack does so much video game type stuff.

Like when you button mash and miraculously go around everyone or like when you get a seam pass at the opposing blue line and accidentally pass it back to Bratt standing next to our goalie

Such a weird play and then it results in like three good chances

That is quite the showing...

Could we have a legit starter in Daws after Markström is done?
I don't trust him all that much as of yet, but we are working with a pretty limited sample either way.

Also, Daws has this habit of starting really well when he comes up and then falling apart.

21-22 he was a .916 in his first 12 games. .871 in the next 13.

Last year he was a .912 in his first 12 games. .859 in the next 9.

Could just be a coincidence since we are dealing with the small sample, but it also means that we've been here done that with his first two starts this year.

I'm afraid he was MAF'd in the first year as a pro by being forced to play so much because he was better than Jon Gillies.

Obviously MAF was a good goalie long term, but it took him a long time. He was more consistent in his 30s (early to mid 30s) than he was in his 20s though. And the Pens had him playing a ton of games at 18-19 the year after his draft and it was too much for him.

And MAF naturally is better than Daws. First overall pick.

I can't wait until Haula is bought out or thrown on LTIR.

His line gets pinned in their end way too much.

He's washed.

Haula is like the forward equivalent of 2020 Cory Schneider.

Concidentally, Cory Schneider is a March 1986 build date, while Haula is a March 1991 build date.

March 1991 - March 1986 = 5 years.

2025 - 2020 = 5 years.
