My point does make sense.

You don't trade a first for an aging goaltender JUST to make the playoffs. You trade a first to be a contender. And this team isn't a contender by any means.

Fitz hasn't done jack shit to help the team considering the issues have been consistent all season long.

Were you saying they werent a contender on new years? Why would now be any different in the middle of the season? how about we wait to see what the team looks like going into the playoffs and what moves are made at the deadline?

brother they have absolutely no cap space. They arent going to make a move just to make a move. What moves should they have made that happened so far? Let me guess, trade more futures for 32 year old JT Miller. "JUST GET IT DONE!"

You build a team with 4 players making 8 million each and want to talk about depth, goaltending, bottom 6 when you can't score a single freaking goal for 30 minutes every game?

I don't know boys...at some point you gotta look at the top.

Haula and Dillon, both bad and washed up players signed for next year at multiple millions of dollars.

Dougie and Palat both colossally overpaid players signed for 3 and 2 more years. Too bad 3 of these players will probably be here next year. Haula is my guess for the one who's gone.

In fairness, the GDT is really the time to exercise those demons when the team is playing bad. That's what i like to do. I let all my shots from the hip go in the GDT and then try to maintain a semblance of reason and balance in the team discussion thread.

But in here, I just like to let it fly.

Yeah but the Spaulding shot was random as f*** and would only happen in a game like this, lol.

If there's one game where the doom posting is acceptable it's gotta be this one.

You can argue we've played worse in this recent stretch, but after what we've been subjected to for 6 weeks, this has gotta be a breaking point, if the breaking point hadn't already come.

I mean, not really lol, did you expect them to win this game tonight v what was happening coming into the game? Vegas on a L4 v this Devils team was always gonna be a loss. They're a special type of ass tonight but tonight wasn't the norm. They're all checked out for the break which is whatever and even scarier since they have the MTL game on Saturday

Who is responsible for our cap?

I refuse to champion that goal with my usual emoji
