Or so I have been told. I’m sick if the excuses. We are terrible. Do something Fitz . I don’t care about the cap . Other teams find ways to to add / trade players . Use assets to dump players if you have to. If it takes a 2nd round pick attached to a trade in order to dump a Tatar or Haula , you do it .
