Really happy for Daws. It seems like its been a trying year in Utica for him, but that roster is really rough looking. I still feel he has all the ability to be a steady goaltender in this league. Glad he had a great performance tonight. Would happily give him one of the next two games too.

Probably that 1st season psyched him on it too much. I remember that first season some early SO pressure points on a season that fell apart. Same with 2nd season went badly with injuries. Think the team should just give Jack a break on the SO for a few attempts, let him chill, Jagr style.

I remember some pressurized home SOs in his first two seasons. Jack was last shooter and we lost on his stick... (A few times)

Yep that's a glitch alright. With the last extra 2.3 seconds added back in OT with the goalie pulled, the Pens won the faceoff directly to Nedejolvic who one timed it from his crease into our empty net. First OT GwG for a goalie. Supreme embarassment for NJ. True story!

Bring back Misyul and give him a chance. He’s a lefty and plays defense first and he’s got more experience than Nemec. Maybe he stinks but he looked fine the one game they let him play. He’s also physical and can probably kill penalties.

In fairness, there was an awful pick by the Devils in the 3rd period and they got away with another one in the 3rd too (I forget what it was, but I was surprised it wasn't called).

I thought Meier hooked at Crosby but Crosby obviously hooked Hughes. Crosby is truly is in Jagr late career era where he commits 2 penalties a game and gets called for less than half of them.
