Wraparounds are on the goalie. At least true wraparounds are. They aren’t common goals in the league. Trust me.

He had a better chance of being beaten on the initial bad angle shot, which he should have covered up.

So there’s two mistakes on that goal by him alone.

He was beyond late getting over. We went over numerous replays of this same issue last season for Daws. There’s no defending it

I defend goalies a lot. That goal isn’t defendable unfortunately. It was so expected that posters were talking about the chances of that exact goal happening in the first page of this GDT. I also compiled a post last season on all the time Daws is late to get over when the puck goes behind the net. It’s a massive hole in his game, which stinks because the rest of his game is really solid when he is on his game.

I'm shocked the dude who's had hip surgery at a young age can't move laterally as well as he once did. Daws is this team's like 4th-5th goalie, of course he's going to have warts. There's multiple skaters that are regulars looking like ass on that play as well. Rakell made a good play, tip your cap. There's no reason to crash out over every goal against.

Yeah it's over the top, our starter is out injured and Allen can't play every game. There's no reason to freak out over everything he does when he's going to play barely any games this year.
