i think part of the effort/motivation problem is absolutely that the team isn’t sold on the system. It’s like having a boss that’s constantly asking everyone to do the wrong things. It’s a maddening environment.

They didn’t really axe Trotz, they just didn’t bring him back. I forgot what happened there. I think his contract was up and they decided to promote Reirden, who was cheaper?
