Vanacek has been good this game

I just realize our defense is just utter trash. Utter trash. I don't care which goalie is in there, it don't matter. Numerous turnovers by the team as well as no real tactical setup for anything defensive is what kills this team. Ruff has to go and we need to clear out the defense next year. Just tear it up, it's horrible.

He's been good his last 4 starts if we're being honest.

Also we miss Dougie Hamilton really badly. Fans acted non-chalant that he was gone for the rest of the season. I now realize he's been our best player and an anchor to the defensive unit. I really realize now the defense utterly sucks without him.

People criticized Dougie's defensive plays but behind some mistakes he still played solid D and generated a TON of offense. We look dumb as a team without him.

My honest guess is after the Philly game where Jack had those 2/3 horrendous turnovers Lindy let him hear it post game and Jack mentally turned off.

Lindy Ruff is a f***ing hockey terrorist. Andrew Brunette is the only reason he wasn't fired halfway through last season. Andrew Brunette who is currently leading a group of washed up, horrific has-been's to a better record than this SCF favorite Devils team.

I don't know if Tom Fitzgerald is lazy, or if he's stupid, or if he fell ass backwards into talented players and has no idea what the f*** he is doing. But if Lindy finishes out this season as the Devils head coach, I won't be chanting fire Lindy. I'll be chanting Fire Fitz.
