All I know is I heard the voice, recognized it then Stimpy popped into my head. After looking up Billy West, he just did a documentary called "I know that Voice" about voice over work. Who knows...?

It possible, Billy is basically the kind of voice over work. He was the honey nut cheerios bee, the red M&M. Also does Fry on Futurama, and much more. So definitely possible, but like I said I missed the commercial so I have no clue.

cangialosi never had a chance. no one could replace emerick. i kinda feel bad for the guy because no matter what he does people will always complain. all the things people say steve is bad at are all things that are correctable. his voice is fine in my opinion.
