It's not my favourite, but the most memorable goal for me is the Soviet Union's 3rd goal in Game 1 of the '72 Summit Series. Kharlamov skates around Awrey and beats Dryden to put the Soviets ahead 3 to 2.
I don't have just a single favourite, but one of them is this shorthanded goal from Game 1 of the finals of the '87 Canada Cup.
Makarov (Krutov).

Speaking of Gretkzy, this is a nice one too (poor Al MacInnis!):
(Sentimental choice because I was at this game!)
One of my under radar favourite goals of all time is Bure's SH goal against the St. Louis Blues in game seven of the 1995 SCPs first round series, to make the game 2-0. Him and Geoff Courtnall's brother are circling the high end of the d-zone, making Blues D panicking, the puck gets momentarily lost between Al MacInnis and Bill Houlder, and Bure just flies away and dekes out Curtis Joseph.
I was also relieved, because on the bench after the goal Bure removes his helmet and he's finally cut his hair short again. I was worried after the 93–94 season that he would go all out Jagr.
Ovi's actual most impressive goal:
