So some people will be fine with going with Dubas + Keefe next year and that is fine but wondering if given a choice, who would you install as next GM + Coach of the team, you may also only want to change one 
I'd like to put Jeff Gorton in place. I thought this last year was Dubas's best work, however it's a results oriented business and we haven't gotten out of the 1st round, unfortunate for him. I liked Gorton's work with the Rangers and felt they were way too hasty in letting him go.
I'd also be comfortable with either Gallant or Boudreau coming in as head coach.
How about you? Give Dubas and Keefe another year or do we make the change(s) now?
