When you realize Trump came down the escalator a decade ago and Covid is 5 years old. Avengers: Endgame is 7 years old. Feel like Im in a time-warp since my mid-30's. If you're over the age of ~37 -- think of a movie you believe came out in the last 5 years and I can almost guarantee its at least 2 years older than you thought it was. I could have sworn that the "new" Independence Day movie came out in 2020 but it came out in 2016.

Don't blame that particular confusion on aging. It's simply a reflection of what pandemic-induced social conditions did to EVERYONE'S sense of timing.

Lots of jokes but here is a bit of reality...

Last year I was shutting down my manufacturing company and throwing out over 3 decades of unsaleble junk. In and out of 40 yard containers to make sure they are filled up. Full 8-9 hours of physical work.

Exactly one year later I can't keep up with my wife walking around COSTCO.

I got so concerned my family doctor ran a battery of test to find out if there was a cause for it.

Nope. Use it or lose it. If you are getting older you better be active or you deteriorate like a banana.
