Going to update the points after the Canada domination is over, I turned the game off so I'll wait until the stats are released on IIHF's website.

I'll have the Czech-Sweden game inputted soon.

Just curious as I am running a pool myself. Are you counting Shootout game winning goals as goals like the IIHF does? Like they gave De Leo and Tolchinski goals because their shootout goals were game winners....

Yeah, I don't like IIHF's stat system but if IIHF considers it a stat it's only fair that I do as well.

Is everyone still interested? I just want to make sure because I haven't seen a lot of posts or people viewing the thread. It is a lot of work to update the stats and just making sure people are still interested.
 
Comrie not starting... :cry:

Finland's 2 goals in 2 games have been letting me down...Mustonen, Lehkonen, Lyttinnen...

Maybe they'll finish 5th and light up the team they play in the relegation round. Do these games count towards the pool?

I am counting the relegation round. Rantanen turned out to be a good replacement for me over Erne. Other than that, I've had a difficult time. It doesn't help I forgot to replace Tkachev.

Yeah the Finns have been struggling this year. Pretty underwhelming so far.
