Game ended up turning on Montreal calling timeout after their 1st down run play, with 42 seconds left. No need to do that except to bleed another second or two off the game clock before the 2nd down play. But that timeout took about a minute of real time.
If not for that slight delay, the Als would’ve been lining up to punt a minute earlier, just before the wind kicked up — the storm squall started to hit about 30 seconds before the punt.

hahaha I turned the game off with about 5 minutes left. It wasn't looking great and I actually said to myself "It's more likely something great happens if you aren't listening."

Bombers down 27-25. Castillo missed a 61 yarder with 1:03 left. Mtl returned it to 18ish yard line. Went two and out, forced to kick with ~16 secs left in game. As they are running the clock down on 3rd down a huge gust of wind and rain starts blowing in Mtl P's face. He shanks the punt for a 21yrd net and Bombers get ball at Mtl 45 with 10 secs left. One run later Castillo nails a 51 yarder to win.

When you play the Als with Andre Proulx officiating you very obviously play against the refs. That was on full display last night.
