Canada discipline a killer. Dummied on the PK. Close game but lot of overpassing on that team. Missing some hard ice old school Canuck players. And Team Canada management and coaching left some elite PP d-men off this team. Only game that matters is the final game of the tournament.

I’d love for him to be a confident 7D. He’s usable but big skating teams expose him. Great guy to have in 70 regular season games and limited in playoffs.
Yeh I’m not sold on him being a regular in the playoffs unfortunately. The size concern will always be there. And he can get outmuscled at times. But some combination of him and Emberson paired with Kulak should be fine as a 3rd pair.

Pachal signed a two-year, $2.375 million contract extension with the Calgary Flames on Tuesday, according to Pat Steinberg of Sportsnet 960 The Fan

With all due respect to Emberson, you don't sign guys like him longer than 2 or maybe 3 years.

Team Canada WJ team looks wack. I'd say they are maybe the 5th best team in this tournament tbh, if Russia was in. Americans look so much more polished and deeper.
