Prospect Info: Wyatt Kaiser - D - 2020 81st Overall

  • We sincerely apologize for the extended downtime. Our hosting provider, XenForo Cloud, encountered a major issue with their backup system, which unfortunately resulted in the loss of some critical data from the past year.

    What This Means for You:

    • If you created an account after March 2024, it no longer exists. You will need to sign up again to access the forum.
    • If you registered before March 2024 but changed your email, username, or password in the past year, those changes were lost. You’ll need to update your account details manually once you're logged in.
    • Threads and posts created within the last year have been restored.

Our team is working with Xenforo Cloud to recover data using backups, sitemaps, and other available resources. We know this is frustrating, and we deeply regret the impact on our community. We are taking steps with Xenforo Cloud to ensure this never happens again. This is work in progress. Thank you for your patience and support as we work through this.

Haven't seen him play personally. His scouting reports make him sound like Wyatt Kalynuk.

Opnions all over the place by different organizations ranki gs...butvwent aporox. Where expected based on the "consenus" panel of 10 nhl scouts used in the Bob Mckenzie rankings...

I would have gone to bigger dmen ...not tge usually small pmd types favored by Stan/Kelley ...

Also thin a lot of Min.H S guys simple never make it unless taken firstvorcesrly2ndv...Pickscthisvkatecfrom that level are long shots.

IF going Dman,I would have taken Jurmo andvhisc6'4 size)...but Stan thinks every shrimp pmd is the next Keith.. Heor Kelkey has a sickness in this love forvtgecsmall pmd.

Compound it with this was mo value steal and I am disappointed in the pick.

The Keith comparable has my attention. Taking this pick at face value (3rd rounders are longshots), but if we hit on this, give Kelley a fat raise. This is pretty clearly a long play. And that's fine.

I mean, comps like that should be taken with the world's largest grains of salt. If people thought he was Duncan Keith he would be the top pick in the draft.

LD is a weaker spot in our pool. Gotta like that he can skate and make a good first pass. Wish him the best developing in Duluth, I’ll be sure to wave as I drive by next summer.

The dude's name literally means "Wood Emperor."

He's a freaking young adult novel high fantasy character. Watch out, rest of the league.
