It didn't turn out how we expected or how many hoped, but is working with Brock really a burial? It is certainly a lot more high profile than battling over the TNT title
Depending on how they book the Brock feud, it could be a burial or it could be a launching pad. I guess we have to wait and see... but it is Vince back in charge so I have no hope.

Gee, I wonder which direction it'll go for the guy who launched AEW now that Vince is back in charge again. Can't wait to see!*

*I will not actually be "seeing" anything. I'm back to not caring and not watching.

I hope the tv ratings stink and Vince realizes, that the product is better off with HHH. Honestly it seemed like apart from Cody/Bloodline that no storyline or feuds were started or ended and basically nothing worthwhile happened outside of the stuff I mentioned. I almost get the feeling HHH told Vincente, "ok you can book this one night but you can't touch this, this nor this, you can do something with this and that and all else goes according to previous plan." Absolutely nothing new was started and there were a bunch of weird segments that were clearly Vince, like the Seth Rollings segment.

We'll see what happens on Friday and next week.

You really think HHH was telling Vince what to do? I mean come on Jussi. That is pure fantasy land.

While I agree with others that Vince being back at the wheel isn't a good thing, I'm intrigued to see what Lesnar's motivation is/was to attack Cody Rhodes. Storyline-wise Lesnar can't face Reigns again for the title, so it's not like Cody is in his way to getting the championship back.

Could Lesner be aligned with the Bloodline in some way? Maybe not as a group member but as a paid mercenary?

I'd have to think after seeing the depth and nuance of the Bloodline story that there is some story-line based motivation to what Lesnar did last night.

Lol there's no way Triple H is telling Vince he can't do anything. Vince re-took control in the most impossible of ways and is back leading creative. He tells Trips to shut the f*** up and leave whenever he pleases, as he did last night when he took over in gorilla and led the entire show.

It will never happen but I would LOVE to see some pretty major stars walk out on WWE because of Vince returning. Rollins, Becky, KO/Zayn, Gunther, etc.

The best was the damage control promo at the start. HHH had "this sucks ass" written all of his face. He knew what was going to happen.

He literally came out, talked a lot, said very little and that was that.

Seth was PISSED during his segment. There's fan footage of him in a, lets just say, energetic conversation with a production guy.

So instead of building the program even higher off the Mania match to more big draws, they decide to randomly blow off Rhodes/Reigns to tie Lesnar up with Rhodes and leave your champion with no rival or program immediately after Mania?

Classic Vinnie Mac short sighted booking with no real plan

Looks like Seth's segment got cut during commercial

Maybe Vince isn't a fan of the non-stop chanting during his theme song. I know I'm not.
