I wanna say no, because the focus should be very simple and entirely on Cody v Roman. It would be a clustered mess, but do they do a lumberjack match only for the visual of the entire roster hoisting up Cody with the belt and celebrating with him to close the show? All of Roman's ghosts come back to haunt him, negates the Solo interference. Gets Seth out there. Terrible idea but just a thought lol
Like I said last year I think already, everyone who lost to Roman via The Bloodline helping him, should help negate the Bloodline. Sami, KO etc.It would be a clustered mess, but do they do a lumberjack match only for the visual of the entire roster hoisting up Cody with the belt and celebrating with him to close the show? All of Roman's ghosts come back to haunt him, negates the Solo interference. Gets Seth out there. Terrible idea but just a thought lol
According to some, we did.Yeah, if it were, we would have got heelish rock from start...
Totally. That presser was perfect.they def course corrected that one
Which tells me Roman may still win.Crazy how irrelevant Roman Reigns looks in this. The WM main event should be Cody vs the Great One
Which tells me Roman may still win.
They already managed to push Cody's win back for a whole year, are they really gonna press their luck and try/hope/pray Cody stays hot, have him win a 3rd rumble?Which tells me Roman may still win.
They didn’t push anything back a year, he just wasn’t booked to win. They already managed to push Cody's win back for a whole year, are they really gonna press their luck and try/hope/pray Cody stays hot, have him win a 3rd rumble?
Run the Rock vs Roman post Mania without the belt. Get the title off Roman and start the bloodline epilogue
They would most likely want a hot baby face to get the Roman rub and title. They can't fully rely on Cody staying hot for anothet year, push the same finish the story angle and hope he's still getting the same crowd reaction. Another lose here kills the Cody arch and could sour people to no longer root for the guy. They didn’t push anything back a year, he just wasn’t booked to win.
Dwayne vs. Roman don’t need the belt, but the belt needs it. The whole game in being the head of the table is that that person is the champion. Cody being the champion while Dwayne is out here talking about something else, is going to be the main story of the company. Now, Hunter (or Paul now) could keep doing his thing and continue to book things properly, but I’ve already saw this with the Miz. The guy walked out of the main event of Wrestlemania with the championship and was a peripheral figure. If Cody is supposed to be the top guy in the company, it’s doesn’t happen with Bloodline taking air from him.
The crowd will turn on Cody no matter what in like 3 months once someone else they want to win the title is in the spot. They would most likely want a hot baby face to get the Roman rub and title. They can't fully rely on Cody staying hot for anothet year, push the same finish the story angle and hope he's still getting the same crowd reaction. It comes down to money and Rock will be the bigger draw short term, but Cody has been hard carrying for a little bit now and will do so when the rock leaves again.
They're already dragging the bloodline past its expiration date, although I will say this past week gave it some much needed life after it dragged its feet for a filler year
Paul Levesque will be on smackdown
Listen, who doesn’t love an authority angle involving the main event of Wrestlemania? And he is advertised to explain what happened last night.
Would not be surprised if there is storyline stuff where Rock tries to use his board seat to screw Cody out of his main event match.
Rock is definetly using his authority to put himself in the match and make it a triple Threat. He'll talk about wanting to keep the title in the bloodline bla bla blaAnd he is advertised to explain what happened last night.
