I only read didn't watch, but it kinda seems like they're still slowly turning him that way?
He has the justifiable reasons to turn heel, (Jey coming to RAW as a face and being embraced by the other faces) I think they're just trying to drag it into the fans turning on Drew rather than Drew turning on the fans.
Nice to actually have some thought into it for once, rather than the usual BS of a guy who's been a babyface for years randomly turning heel and then talking about how dirty and disgusting all the fans are the next week.

100% the "ITS BECAUSE OF YOU!" heel turns are the absolute worst.
Peak shitty Vince-directed heel turns was Ambrose getting a bunch of vaccines to protect himself from the dirty disgusting fans.
Although in hindsight, that would've been hilarious just two years later. "I'm Dean Ambrose and I'm getting vaccinated!"

I don't think you can put Jimmy and Jey on the same show without making some kind of acknowledgment of the story.
It could honestly be as simple as a minute backstage segment where Jimmy tries to go talk to Jey and Jey blows him off. But I would think they have to do something.
Also wouldn't be surprised... If we're working toward a JD vs. Sami/KO/Cody/Jey War Games at SS, The Bloodline drops after the match and crushes everybody.

Yeah maybe I have Judgement Day fatigue.
I've just never found them even close to being intimidating at all. So, I hate having them jammed in my face every time I watch WWE.
I don't think it helps that WWE is insistent that every heel has to be cheating to win.
Like, Roman can believably beat just about anybody on the roster not named Brock in a real fight... Don't think he's had a clean win in two years.

They have to. Even with the recent releases, too many tag teams doing nothing. New Day/Viking Raiders should mean something.
