Is this how we get Finn up to the main roster?

Roode and Storm were the two I thought should have jumped awhile ago. Beer Money could have been huge in WWE.

Aries would work in NXT but not WWE IMO.

Aries, I believe, has already had a cup of coffee with WWE. Unless he is on the Raw/Smackdown roster, that will likely never happen.

Storm is already 39-40 years old and I never saw the appeal other than job squad. Roode would be fine but, again, he is also up in age and would likely decline a stint in NXT at this point.

Plus, he would be nothing but midcard fodder on Raw/Smackdown. If he was going to leave, it needed to be years ago. TNA is continuing to sink like a stone but both him and Storm are "higher profile" guys on that roster and will be paid as such.

Mike Bennett has always talked about ending up in WWE one day. But his association with Maria squashed any hopes of that. Thus, TNA...

Well it's encouraging that they're referring to them by their current names, pointing out the achievements in Japan and the Bullet Club stuff etc. Hopefully that means we don't end up with AJ Miles and Shinsuke Kawasaki or whatever

Might have something to do with how WWE was trying to trademark the too sweet hand gesture and then apparently didn't push on with it also.

Wish they had the Bucks though, that would be toooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo sweet.

I'm still convinced that the Bucks would be mega money if they signed them and pushed them big time. Fans would eat those guys up. Though I guess WWE wouldn't be fond of a lot of their moves.

The more that comes out, the more it seems like they're positioning this to be an invasion type of deal. Assuming they go after the rest of the club that's available, you can easily position them to be group the authority brings in once the League of Nations fails for the 59th time.

Have Reigns win the rumble, lights go out, Bullet Club appears and kicks the **** out of him.

Though this is WWE, so they'll job em all out to Neville or something.

The Young Bucks are really good at what they do, but I don't really care for it much.

They've just signed a big contract with RoH anyway so they're not in play for a while.

If they did that, it'd be the perfect time to flip Cena.

Same thing as Hogan :yo:

Didn't The Young Bucks already decline a WWE deal? Maybe if they did a Lesnar-esque deal where they work only NXT Takeovers and the shows leading up to those events. Big money, big exposure, not a lot of work, they can continue to work NJPW/ROH dates.

I think even though they have their detractors (I'm obviously not one of them) the WWE audience would go wild seeing what they can do.

Even those who don't like their spotfest type approach would surely concede that they can do a lot of things that make you say wow. Like you said, they're good at what they do.

Balor Club invasion. I'm a bit of a mark of the Prince Devitt led Bullet Club.

Balor led club works too, but then what does that leave AJ to do?

Do you position him against them, since they basically kicked the crap out of him too after WK10?

Yeah they've declined a deal before. Probably multiple times.

They're in the range where they make a lot of money on the indy circuit, so the entry level deal the WWE is willing to offer isn't enough. And the WWE doesn't see them as big enough (or important enough) stars that they'll pay out more for them. Angélico and Jack Evans were a couple who have had offers before that they've turned down for the same reason. Same with a lot of guys in who work in Japan.

Bálor was one of the few people they've paid more for in the past. Nakamura and AJ for sure are getting big deals and going right to the main roster.

But getting a special deal with the WWE is really hard. There's no chance that the Bucks could get anything like that, they've got almost no leverage with the WWE to even try to get it. Even the NXT vets deal wouldn't let them do that. The WWE like to keep their talent to them self, and especially won't let them show up on another companies TV show so RoH and NXT is really never going to be an option. In fact they signed Samoa Joe to a full time contract to keep him from RoH while he is working the NXT shows.

I'd just have Styles do his own thing. No need to over stack a Bálor Club with a second star, Bálor + henchmen works better than Bálor+Styles+henchmen.

Its a good point. On one hand I think you could put them together (most people watching the main roster aren't going to know or care about the continuity of the original Bullet Club) and AJ gives you a fast out if you want to flip Finn face again without destroying Balor/Bullet Club.

Other hand ya AJ could just overshadow things to much for Finn to lead the stable. Might be better for Styles to do his own thing.

AJ and Nakamura can get over in WWE if they don't try to change them too much. I am happy that they are finally getting this opportunity. So many interesting opponents for both.

I don't think 2 hours would be a good idea, at that point it's starting to get really long. Part of the reason NXT works so well is that it's only an hour so it's very easy to watch, and they really need to make sure it doesn't become a drag like Raw. Maybe 1h30 would still be alright.

They can still do an hour a showing but just split it to like Saturdays and Wednesdays. Still get 2 hours a week and it's only an hour each showing.

Yeah, that works fine too.

One slightly crazy idea that crossed my mind was to have a show that focuses on the more rookie talent. Keep your Joe, Bálor, Corbin, Crews, Enzo and Cass et al on the show sas it is now, then have the newer guys on a different show. A development show featuring developmental talent before they go onto the developmental show. It's kinda meta, but it amuses me enough to consider a good idea^^.

He does his own thing in the WWE. I would have thought the Balor Club starts in NXT.

Haha Finn won't stop. I know some could write it off that its a bunch of his mates coming over, but it just seems like a total tease for legit Balor Club. I also REALLY want Balor Club.

Apparently WWE is pissed this leaked because it was supposed to be a potential Rumble surprise with at minimum AJ being a Rumble surprise (maybe more).

AJ as a complete surprise rumble entrant would have been amazing.

I totally understand why WWE wants this out there..they want to debut AJ in front of the hardcore fans where he will come off as a star right away. those NXT fans will go to that show if they know one of their faves is in the rumble

imagine debuting AJ in....corpus christie, and getting a flat reaction and how that would kill him
