Or, at deadline he could have been hurt and valueless. There would be some level of gamble to carrying a player with injury history to late season in a rental/contract year and hope he’s still an asset.

Jensen on one of the most underrated players in the NHL. He will settle that blue line down some. Exactly what Ottawa needed.

I agree he's always been underrated but he'll be 34 in a few months and his game fell off a cliff last season.

Wow, I am impressed how aggressive WSH is changing their team.
A few years ago I thought WSH and PIT will be the worst teams in like 2026.
