His base salary for 2025 is $16 mill with a $2 mill roster bonus, so $18 mill in real money due in 2025. The roster bonus guarantees week 1 of the 2025 league year. Base salary not guaranteed.

Since the top CB make $25 mill aav. $18 mill is a solid price for Lattimore next season. Something Wash should be able to work with. But, like any high caliber player, it's a matter of whether they are content with the contract or would be looking for a redo to get guaranteed money for 25 and 26.

He isn't a rental
That's never a guarantee as the player could hold out for a new contract. As mentioned above, he's done his guaranteed money save for the $2 mill roster bonuses, which don't become guaranteed til the first week of the new league year.

Bit leery of what we gave up, it's a lotta picks, but that's a good player right there
It's only 2 picks as we're getting back a 5th which is essentially only going to be about 10 picks lower than the 4th. Couple this with the fact it's our own 3rd and not the one we got from the Dotson trade and essentially we're going to end up with Lattimore, a higher 3rd, and a lower 4th for Jahan and a late 4th.

I'll take that all day long. He's got two non-guaranteed years left so he can essentially be cut at any point for no dead cap. Even if he's struggling to stay healthy, the knowledge and experience he has can only be good for BSJ, Mikey S and Forbes.

Nothin' but love for Marshon. Two of my favorite moments, both interceptions against the Eagles. Maybe good omen since they play twice. All the best. Hope it works out.

So far, max return has been a 3rd.
No one really in their max prime to warrant a lot more in return.

Last season, saw Sweatt go for a 2nd. L. Williams (with 95% salary retained) landed a 2nd and 5th. Chase young for a 3rd.
