The razor's edge defined - how pissed would everyone be at Kindl and CC for letting Saad get behind them if he had scored and they ended up losing?

Wow.

For Me

1.) Howard
2.) Big E
3.) Kindl for the goal

The whole team played awesome team defense, the Hawks are still playing the game on Detroit's terms, lets hope to close them out quickly, they are still a very dangerous team.

The next win will be the hardest of all. But I have all the ****ing confidence in the world in our boys right now. What a game. What. A. Game.

Absolutely, but I like the odds of Jimmy stealing 1 over 3 games.

I dunno, you could argue he's stolen 2 of the last 3. It's time they put up a 5 spot for him so he can chillax. They owe him one.

Zetterberg: with last change in Games 3 & 4, was on the ice for 37 of 40 Toews 5on5 shifts. Toews had 0 points & was -1

You can add countless PIM's too.

Both him and Ericsson look legit. It took all year, but whatever!

I agree.... I thought Rig was pretty solid and consistent all year but Kronner was pretty bad defensively most of the year... he's been stellar in the playoffs, amazing what a calm, smart game he's been playing. Quincey has been much improved in the D zone as well.

Unreal effort from the boys tonight, every single player played their hearts out, we just need to squeeze out 1 more win.

I've been mostly flatlined this far, figuring that even if they surprised the Ducks that they'd get destroyed by the Hawks. Enjoying the ride but not getting overly excited about it. No way did I think this team had this kind of performance in them.

This game got me. Heart pounding, sweating, the whole schmear.

I swear to god, if they're just teasing me ... :madfire:

Here's a mistake in the poll. I can't vote for Jimmy three times. I thought I will say after the game. But no. I can do it. Thanks.

I don't care what happens from here on out, this team has proved almost everybody wrong by giving fits to the #2 and #1 seed. And on the backs of young players throughout the lineup. Yeah, Zetterberg is the rock at center, but plays by Smith, Nyquist, Kindl and more are making the difference in tight games.

There's still life in this organization.

I don't even think this was their best game. Other than Jimmy. Game two was by far their best effort.

a lot of this is just the Blackhawks being absolutely frustrated. Give the Red Wings credit but this game they could have easily lost if not for a couple posts and Jimmy playing out of his mind. I hope the wings bring a better effort next game. Because counting on Jimmy to do that every game is unrealistic and unfair to him.

Thing is. I think this team could play even better. Get that PP clicking....

That's a great sign. Datsyuk has been held mostly quiet, too.

But Howard can't play better. He's been so great with rebounds it's giving the Hawks fits.

Pavel had no shots in this game. Actually the only Wing center with a shot was Flip. That's how severe the backcheck was.

True enough... but he did create some seriously beautiful chances, and made a few brilliant defensive plays that saved impending goals.
