Bro, it will only take time, its not so much a lawsuit, but leagues getting exposed for blatant fixing. It happened in the NBA, it will happen again eventually in one of the big 4. Look at how bad MLB is. When these leagues are pushing sports betting so much, eventually someone will lose BIG and then eventually someone will get exposed.

You need actual evidence of impropriety and you're not going to find it in inconsistency that the league can just dress as human error and discretion. The closest we've ever come is Peel getting caught on hot mic talking about game management but that's one isolated incident from a ref who no longer works NHL games. Not enough to establish specific misconduct or establish standing and evidence to file suit.
