Why would you continue to quote guys as sources of truth when they have been proven to be very bad at what they do?

Dubas traded to upgrade the D. But if a player simply wants at the point of his career to go elsewhere, Dubas did the right thing to move him to a contender. Getting those picks was a cap in the Jake trade and so picks, prospects, and future picks look pretty good to me.

Yes he was horrendous, but unsurprisingly not as bad when paired with Samberg or Fleury instead of Stanley. Stanley should be done.
