Does that mean he plays defense?Well Heinola does seem like a Dubas type of D-man

It means he's softer than baby shitDoes that mean he plays defense?
Done, the minute after we trade Gryzelcyk at the deadline.I think PIT and DET are both decent options for Heinola both could use an extra lottery ticket on the left side D and both have extra mid round picks.
Heinola+5th for 3rd
With some condition on the 3rd that PIT gets to pick which of thier 3rds they send. Could pretty much make the exact same deal with Detroit
No opportunity? He just needs to be better than Logan Stanley. That shouldn't be a major obstacle.Heinola is a solid NHL player with no NHL opportunity.
Given the right opportunity he will impress.
Funny how it works though. You'd think Erik Brannstromm would easily be better than Keaton Middleton or Derek Forbort but there he is playing in Hartford now. Thing about being an offensive player is you produce offense or somebody who has a "bigger" impact can take your job.No opportunity? He just needs to be better than Logan Stanley. Maybe you are wrong about Brannstrom too.Funny how it works though. You'd think Erik Brannstromm would easily be better than Keaton Middleton or Derek Forbort but there he is playing in Hartford now. I can't think of 5 teams that need Ville Heinola. He could get a chance somewhere else, but he could also be in the A again within a year with the wrong destination. Maybe he's better in Winnipeg with the people he knows, and the NHL paycheque, with NHL travel to NHL cities, in a lesser role, on a healthy team, at this time of his career.
