He literally shouldered him in the head, and now Bischel is getting checked for a concussion. That usually doesn’t happen for a hit to the chest.
This makes a lot of sense....well...if you don't understand the rules.

It's about "main point of contact" of contact, which obviously, you completely missed.

ALSO

You can get a concussion by not getting struck in the head also, not that you were paying attention or anything...

I'm not saying he didn't get in the head at some point, my argument it WASN'T the principal point of contact!

If we are talking about not understanding the rules, principal point of contact hasn't been in the rule book since 2013.

lmfao

You can get a concussion without head contact from his head snapping. The hit was shoulder on chest/shoulder you are blind. Ftr I hope it’s not a concussion and he is ok.
And what causes his head to snap straight back? A hit to the chest does not do that

Just sent this to my buddy Raffi, he used to play pro and he said it was one of the most disgusting hits he's ever seen.

A hit to the chest will force someone’s head to snap back. It depends on the force itself. To say a hit to the chest doesn’t do that means you either have never watched hockey before or have never played the sport at any form of competitive level.

So a hit to the chest has the head snap directly back, without going forward first? Do physics no longer apply?

Once again, look up some large hit. Heads will snap back on clean hits. They don’t have to go forward to go back. This wasn’t a direct head shot with intent to kill Bischel no matter what angle you try to look at it. The refs did this out of panic for retaliation from an idiot like Dumba trying to intentionally injure someone as retaliation.

One of my least favorite things about this site is people who get indignant about what they think the rules “should” say, while they have no idea what the rules actually do say. SMH
I bet 50$ he went to look up the rule and thinks he's a NHL rulebook Czar after watching the same two minute video I posted.

If the defenseman was lik 5'11 and standing up i could see it being a penalty but the guy Cizikas hit was bending over a good 8-9 inches and in the motion of going down when hit

It definitely was a direct headshot. Of course they aren’t perfect, but I’ll trust the professionals who officiate for a living over random fan on the internet.
