I am neither a Edmonton or Calgary fan and I just turned the game off after the goal was disallowed. It just sucks the fun right out of the game

edit: here I quickly made a video (shows 3 different angles)

editx2: Here is McDavid SO winner. Wants the ref to check to be 100% certain it is a good goal

it sets a bad precedent to make that call. mcdavid had nowhere to go, it was a simple a drive to the net.

i kinda see it from both sides but they will need to be careful with that rule

That was really bad, he barely clipped his stick.

Some folks claimed McDavid dragged his blocker but I'd love to see the video again.

Honestly based on what's been called goaltender interference lately, I understand the call because none of these make sense.

Glad a huge spotlight is finally shining on this disaster.

The overhead view shows the goalie had at least a second or two for stromes shot. Pretty much mcdavid nicked the stick but didn't run into the goalie.

That really worries me going forward. Dangerous precedent. Losing an OT winner because of that is preposterous.
