There's no way MN even considers moving Buium in a Brock Nelson deal.Buium would be 1 of their prospects I’d target in a potential Nelson trade to Minnesota

Based on what we’ve seen from Mild fans, you’re getting a concussed PM Bouchard and a 9th in return because Nelson is too old.Buium would be 1 of their prospects I’d target in a potential Nelson trade to Minnesota
They might include Walz at 50% retained too if he proves he knows what side of the stick is on the iceBased on what we’ve seen from Mild fans, you’re getting a concussed PM Bouchard and a 9th in return because Nelson is too old.

These games are way more entertaining than the islesThis GDT is way more interesting than the Isles.
Some are saying Gidlof should’ve startedHell of a first game.. I’m still not sure how that fin OT goal went in
Maybe TSN if you live in Canada, or a Canadian VPN?Anyone know where I can watch this, do not have NHL Network. Thanks.
Had a big hit to end the shift too. The shift by that line was a bit of a momentum changer - they were on their heels, but the shift led to a strong finish. He was one of the few US players who matched the czech's size, and he played like it.Nice drive to net by nelson, hit the post
Great assessment. I really like how Nelson plays and is a very good skater, good speed and strong. Ready for NHL soon I think. Eiserman plays a little undisciplined but looks like he can really develop into a handful that can score. Hoping Pandalfo gets him set up for success in NHL. EC is an irritating little sh*t to play against. Reminds me a bit of a young Marchand. I’d take that!Thoughts from the game (I watched the first two periods):
- Eiserman had very little ice time at even strength after the elbowing penalty. Yes, he was held and that went uncalled. Shoving your arm in the defenders face because you're pissed about not getting the call is not the correct response. He is a bit immature. That is what it is, I was a jerk when I was 18, too. But I was more sneaky.
- Nelson plays a very simple game. Had at least two other really good looks. His size makes him look as if he's moving slower than he is. The few times Swiss players challenged him in the neutral zone or in the corner, I suspect they regretted it. He was more excited to celebrate Moore's setup than his goal. If his nickname isn't Moose, it should be.
- I hate to say it, but Perreault is a great combo of being good all around, and an excellent passer. Watched him constantly scanning the ice, keeping track of everyone. His IQ is obvious.
- For all the accolades Hutson has gotten, Buium looks considerably more mature, and is much better in his own zone. Hutson is flashy, but a little scary.
- Hagens looks like a headier, but not quite as explosive, version of Jack Hughes.
I would love to see our isles with a bunch of youngsters on the roster next year. A breath of fresh air, get us excited to watch the team again.Great assessment. Well now I have to ask - bronze medal game will be decided by the shoutout. Yuck. Would the gold medal game also be decided in shootout? They don’t just keep playing sudden death until someone scores?
Team USA having trouble with the Finns physical playHagens hasn’t impressed me.
Eiserman ( when playing) has looked as good if not better
