Well, I think Dvo got his WJC out of his system. They didn’t relegated and he had a good showing on an undermaned team. Back to Pro Hockey.

Not able to watch but looks like Stancl had an assist on the ice breaker in the CZE-CAN game.

Only saw the third. Slovaks battled. That 5th goal was a killer. Dvorsky and Pekarcik had good tournaments. Didn’t have much else to work with.

Good showing from the Blues Slovaks this year. Pretty bad showing for everyone else on the team, Jencko looked alright at times. Strbak looked terrible. Can see the hype behind Radiojevic, still pretty shaky on his end at times though. Goalies were very bad.

Slovakia scored 14 goals in 5 games in this tournament. Dvorsky factored in on 9 of them (5-4-9 or 64% of the goals) and is tied for the tournament lead in scoring. Peckarcik (3-4-7) factored in on half of the team’s goals. Without those two players they’d likely have been relegated today by Germany.

Not sure they were that bad but they certainly weren't good.

Canada playing dirty as usual. Knee on knee hit just now plus a slewfoot earlier that wasn't called. Hope the Czechs can send the Canadian fans home unhappy tonight.

it's a disgrace that Canadian fans are booing Sikora, a f***ing disgrace

and Stancl scores with Jiricek & Jecho getting assists to shove it in their face

Thought Dvo got better and better as tourney progressed. He should be feeling good upon his return to AHL.
