LOL, I'll be too busy. As I stated in the GDT, I'm preparing to attend the Blues/Preds game tonight with my cousin. We’re gonna need you to know every prospect of every team by the end of the night, don’t disappoint!

I agree, but would still give him some games this year to experience NHL pace. If he comes into next season with improved conditioning and can gain a step I could see him making the NHL. Hopefully the Blues can help guide his development with his skating issues.
Not allowed. Need a rundown of every prospect with a pros and cons section by 9PM tonight.LOL, I'll be too busy. As I stated in the GDT, I'm preparing to attend the Blues/Preds game tonight with my cousin.
And an accurate comparison for Dvo since we can’t come to a consensus as a boardNot allowed. Need a rundown of every prospect with a pros and cons section by 9PM tonight.
I have been completely underwhelmed by Dvo this tournament. He has a couple points, but otherwise has made almost no impact in either game. He basically didn't create any scoring chances, isn't driving possession, and he almost never even had the puck. Against Switzerland today he should have been a dominating presence and he just wasn't. The only reason the line ever had possession was bc Pekarcik was a forechecking demon.Dvo isn’t ready this year for a call up. He’s at least a year away imo, maybe two.

Correct, we just need to be patient with him, the talent is evident. The physical body needs to catch up with his adult peers and once it does, he'll be a terrific player.I'll be honest, I don't really care what Dvorsky does in this tourney. The competition is below the level he's seeing in AHL, teammates are below they level he's playing with in AHL, and he's producing quality numbers in the AHL. He's not ready, but he could not score another point in the tourney, and I don't think it means anything.
Have to disagree Dvorsky was the only player on Slovakia who could maintain any type of possession today and pretty much every time he'd put the puck on the tape of his teammates, they'd bury it into the skates/sticks of the Swiss. He made several nice plays/passes and the play would die anytime anyone other than him touched the puck.I have been completely underwhelmed by Dvo this tournament. It’s hard to pick up habits that can’t be broken over 7-8 games. This is as close to playoff or Olympic-style hockey he’ll get to for awhile. “All on the line” hockey is invaluable experience. I just hope we see him take over at some point. That's kind of the reason why I didn't want Dvorsky going to this tourney. For Slovakia to be successful, he was going to have to dominate, and for young players to dominate at this level, sometimes it's doing things that you don't want players to do at the pro level. I don't want him doing things to try and get Slovakia to win, if they are things that we wouldn't want him doing at Springfield and eventually St. Louis.
Now, I don't think he'll pick up bad habits and have that impact his game in Springfield, but that's a risk I had in my head when I'd lean towards him just staying with Springfield.
I mean, Springfield is in a tight playoff race. I'm fine with him in WJC, but he was absolutely playing in important games there. It’s hard to pick up habits that can’t be broken over 7-8 games.
