I personally was VERY impressed with Martin. Solid, solid play by the youngster. Even though Blake missed a PS - I thought he added some excellent energy to the US squad and had a great game as well.
 
Russian fans must wish Khabibulin had decided to play. Oh well, those are the breaks.

Most entertaining game of the quarterfinals yet. :handclap:

Put it this way...I didnt 'notice' him defensively...that can only be a good thing...Blake also played a pretty good game, although he could use some help on penalty shots.
 
Roenick needs to go into broadcasting whenever he finishes playing....love the enthusiasm.

Yeah and Russia just beat the US a few days ago too...and look what just happened...lets not turn this into a US/Canada bashing.
 
Why bring on Canada?

Doesn't Canada have to win tomorrow first, then beat the Czech Republic, then the US has to beat Finland?
