Its not a concern, no.... Because the same size is tiny. Pick literally any team in the league and I can 100% guarantee you they will have extremely similar highs and lows with their own PP as well.

Actually, most teams will have worse lows because again, the Avs actually have one of the best PPs in the league especially over a sample size that isn't essentially meaningless.


Case in point the Winnipeg Jets from November 10 to December 10:

Obviously the PP being better would be a good thing, but getting all out of sorts over a sample size of less then 20% of a regular seasons worth of anything, is just pure nonsense.

The funniest thing about this is the PP isn't even that far off of league average in that 14 game sample size. If they literally scored just 2 more PP goals in the last 14 games, they'd be 18th in the league instead of 29th. That's how dumb the tiny PP sample size is.
