Leafs can spam their fair share of shots, but their offensive zone spacing, body positioning and bad puck movement in the ozone looks as bad as the Montreal series meltdown.

Woll is not good enough to be considered the playoff starter. He simply does not have the body of work to justify it and as strong as he looks some nights, he's not Jake Oettinger this year.

Seems so predictable that the Edmonton hero game would be followed up with a week of trash.

Eh I wouldn’t say they played well

They absolutely poured it on in the first but let NJ get easy access to the net and put up very little fight towards the end of the game. All 60 minutes matter

It would be nice to have those guys back, but disappointed with what I watched. Especially in the third.

Forget the record in March for a second, the coaching staff is not making any meaningful adjustments whatsoever. We're down by a goal and you don't try Nylander-Matthews at all in the third? Powerplay has been abysmal for a month and they think swapping out one defenseman but running the same system is suddenly going to fix it? Like what are Keefe, Van Ryn and Boucher getting paid for?
