Swiss are on par with the Czechs and have been. Slovakia is barely hanging on that level and it's been that way for a while. They haven't been producing the top level talent that they should be capable of to which the Czechs and Swiss are.

Swiss are definitely better than Slovaks and they are closing the gap on the Czechs, but the gap is still there. All you have to do is look at the draft numbers or their head to head record at U16, U18 and U20 levels.

U20 team that’s for sure, Swiss are better. But younger national teams, Slovaks are still better u18, u16, u15 just look at recent matchups, Slovaks winning most of them. Although who knows how much longer that will stay
