Seen a few people request to participate in the drafting pool that have been started. Seems to happen every year. Unfortunately almost all of these are full of returning participants every year, and there are rarely new ones started. So I'm starting a pool where everyone can play. It's not a draft format but instead a pick 10 players format. At the end of the tournament you're responsible for tallying your own score. I'll try to update when and if I can, but I can't commit to scoring a lot of teams if there are tonnes of participants. So if you don't report your own score at the end of the tournament you may not be counted at all.
Rules:
1. You pick 1 player from each team
2. You pick 6 forwards, 3 defense and 1 goalie
3. 1 pool point per goal, and assist. 2 points for a goalie win, and 1 extra for a shutout. That's 3 total if your goalie gets a shutout
4. No editing of posts. If you want to change your team before the tournament starts, quote the post and make your changes in a new post.
5. The same players can be be picked by multiple people, or everyone if so desired.
6. Keep your own score.
7. You must give your team a stupid name.
Example team:
Team Random Generator
Canada: Newhook, F
USA: Boldy, F
Finland: Lambert, F
Austria: Rossi, F
Germany: Peterka, F
Switzerland: Knak, F
Sweden: Bjornfot, D
Finland: Kokkonen, D
Russia: Mukhamadullin, D
Czech Republic: Bednar, G
