I think he is allowing teams to be picked by multiple managers. So someone could take team Canada again. Then one other team would be available to be picked twice, with us having 12 managers. What about hereforthepopcorns first pick? Does Ekland become available to draft again?

It seems like the managers stuck with Germany, Latvia, Switzerland and Kazakhstan will be at a disadvantage right from the get go.
