Honestly don't think the hit seemed that bad. Rafkon made no move to make things dangerous, seemed like Berard jumping out of the way caused the unfortunate part of the collision.

rafkin did nothing wrong . he was headed into that space legally and bedard opened self up in attempt to avoid hit leaving his leg dangling behind him , at no fault of rafkin that he hit bedard in only leg as it was unavoidable . terrible call
