Prospect Info: With the 70th Overall Pick the New York Rangers Select Jacob Ragnarsson

This is a great news. Will be a great tournament to be a part of for his experience and growth. We need later round prospects to develop into NHLers.
 
The list included 8 defensemen but this is preliminary roster. How’s it going to work in terms of cuts and the final roster for WJC?

I would bet that the intention is that all 8 will make it. Up front there could be some cuts and also an addition in Isac Lundeström who needs green light from Anaheim.

It’s time for him to go up a level, played top 4 minutes in Allsvenskan this season. Should be a mainstay on Rögles top 6 with a possibility of top 4
