I really didn't care about the number thing with Burke (although I did feel it a pointless rule), but the thing I didn't like was that he didn't like any numbers higher than 29 for skaters unless they were rookies (then they get 40-59), but once Kessel came, all of a sudden he made an exception, and since he made an exception for him, he made an exception for Grabo. I don't get why you would start with the rule in the first place and then go back on it as soon as a star comes to town. Kessel could have been 18 I think. Ah well.
